Michelle here and I am your resident online stress helper.
I’ve had a lot of experience dealing with stress as well as learned ways to overcome it. As a full time working mother of three, one of whom has cerebral palsy and epilepsy, I’ve had to fine tune the arts of time management, finance management and the biggie…..stress management.
